In The Beginning
TESTIMONY OF CHRIST INTERNATIONAL (TCI) was founded by Bishop Ketsibile Setoboli in Harare, Zimbabwe following a clear revelation that God gave him on the 1st January 2006 concerning the rise of a “new generation” move of Jesus Christ.
Ground work immediately began and the new move was code-named Testimony of Christ – International (TCI). The first ground breaking Sunday service was held exactly 4 weeks later on the 29th January 2006 at Bishop and Mrs Setoboli’s house in Borrowdale. Over 60 people attended the first inaugural service.
TCI has grown and consolidated its footprint in about 20 countries, mainly in Africa. In God we trusted, in Him we trust now, and in Him we will always trust. Amen!

Our Global Footprint
The launch of our new website (tcionline.org) & digital home comes at a time when
TCI is in its last Year of the Decade of Great Works & Mighty Exploits, in a phase we
are calling the Second Storm.
The Second Storm is a phase where our focus is on executing and implementing the
Great Commission to the entire world – 195 countries to be specific, on all continents
of the world by the power of the Holy Spirit.
TCI is an international ministry with congregations and affiliate churches across 20 nations.

What We Believe
Statement of Faith
- We believe the Scriptures are divinely inspired, infallible, and inerrant, the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
- We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, three persons, one indivisible God.
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin.
- We believe Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and on the third day rose from the dead.
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
- We believe the gifts of the Spirit operate today as in the early church.
- We believe God created the world as recorded in Genesis, and that mankind, through sin, is in need of redemption.
- We believe in salvation by grace through faith, expressed through repentance, water baptism by immersion, and being filled with the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the table of the Lord as an ordinance for all believers.
- We believe in eternal life for believers and eternal punishment for unbelievers.
- We believe in one true church, the Body of Christ comprised of genuine believers from every race, tribe, language, and denomination.
